Reservations
are recommended and are accepted on the phone daily from 8:00am-4:00pm
EDT (April-October). Reservations
for canoeing, kayaking, tubing, and camping receive a discounted
rate. Reservations require
payment in full (Visa or MasterCard) and need to be made at least one day in advance of event.
(We recommend at least two weeks in advance of event for availability.) Cabin reservations require the base rate payment in full -
payment for extra people is due at arrival.
There
are no refunds on cancellations or reservation changes.
Rescheduling to another date during the same season is permitted with a three-day advance notice (seven-day
advance notice for cabins) otherwise you are reserved for the
date requested, rain or shine.
Reservation additions require 24-hour advance notice to receive discount
rate.
Reservations not claimed by reserved time become void.
Security deposit and signed waiver required for all
activities. Listed rates include tax and are subject to change without notice.

Trips and times may
vary due to water level and time of year.
We reserve the right to modify or alter trips if
conditions warrant such action. In these cases,
there are no refunds or price differences.
