Trip 1 begins at our Crawfordsville location (point 1 on map). This trip takes you on the upper stretch of Sugar Creek through narrow channels and around large rocks, along shale bluffs, and past historical landmarks. Trip 2 : "The Scenic Trip" RATES

Trip 2 begins at our Deer's Mill Canoe Livery located on the north side of Sugar Creek at Deer's Mill Covered Bridge (point 7 on map). This trip floats through Shades and Turkey Run State Parks along deep canyons and beneath several historic covered bridges. Islands and beaches offer serene spots for picnicking, looking for fossils and Indian relics, and fishing. Winding through the heart of Parke County Covered Bridge Country, this trip is, no doubt, the most scenic in the Midwest. After 15 miles this trip ends at Cox Ford Covered Bridge (point 11 on map). This trip incorporates Trip 1 and 2 into a two-day, one-night camping excursion. It is a 30-mile journey through the pristine wilderness corridor of Sugar Creek. Camping is available at the half-way point at Covered Bridge Campground, across the creek from our Deer's Mill Covered Bridge livery. Trip 4 : "The Mini Trip" RATES

Due to popular demand from parents with small children and those not wanting an all day trip, we offer a three hour trip from both locations. This is a leisure trip with plenty of time for picnicking and swimming. (Trip 4A departs from Crawfordsville: 8:00 AM thru 2:00 PM.
